the location is great for walks to the city center and stephen's green. local spots for food and drink is nice. access to the park is really convenient. the staff were extra nice and always helpful.
the rooms are very basic, with stained carpet and a bad odour from the mini fridge.

I found the breakfast had choices in abundance. The staffs are very friendly and super helpful. My room was very nice and neat. House Keeping team was super clean with very clean room each day.
The room was little cold because the window seemed to have a drift.

poor people skillsbad experience
the night manager really had NO people skills. His staff seemed embarrassed by how he acted with guests. He cleared drinks from a table while people were still using them, and then he was rude when they asked for replacements. IT was just a VERY bad experience.
