super stay, i love this hotel!
handy location super staff access convenience
the location is great for walks to the city center and stephen's green. local spots for food and drink is nice. access to the park is really convenient. the staff were extra nice and always helpful.
the rooms are very basic, with stained carpet and a bad odour from the mini fridge.

the hotel has easy parking, so it is really stress free. there is a lovely outdoor space to stretch your legs after a long day. you can have a walk in the park to see birds.

I found the breakfast had choices in abundance. The staffs are very friendly and super helpful. My room was very very comfy and tidy. House Keeping team was super clean with very clean room each day.
The room was little cold because the window seemed to have a drift.

poor people skills bad experience
the night manager really had NO people skills. His staff seemed embarrassed by how he acted with guests. He cleared drinks from a table while people were still using them, and then he was rude when they asked for replacements. IT was just a VERY bad experience.

i found the single beds pushed together a little firm.

the lobby showed A beautiful ambience with plants and marble floors. the room was super clean and the shower delivered great heat. i received a wake-up call right on time. the staff made a goodie bag for me and booked my taxi.
the towels felt a little rough , like sandpaper, in the bathroom.
